I started by thoroughly reviewing the client’s branding guidelines to ensure the new digital platform would align with their identity. I focused on creating a user-friendly interface that streamlined the order placement process for distributors while maintaining brand consistency.

The project involved working with various teams—developers, business analysts, and QA. I often resolved design-related issues in real time and ensured that the product’s user interface and user experience remained feasible throughout development.

I was fortunate to have a robust feedback mechanism in place, with valuable input coming from all team members. This constant feedback allowed me to iterate and improve the product quickly, addressing potential issues before they could escalate.
