🧬 Reverse Engineering the LMS
The Statement of Work only outlined the basics, leaving much of the redesign process open-ended. My task was to reverse engineer the existing LMS—keeping the core functionalities intact but designing a more efficient, flexible, and visually appealing platform. The goal was not only to improve aesthetics but also to create a system that would be scalable and adaptable to future needs.
